from time to time. This paper enhances reservation of India to provide equal opportunities to socially and economically backward communities. Reservation is a scheme that segregates the society resulting in conflicts and discrimination among the various
classes. This paper also reveals the policy of providing preferential treatment to certain sections of society to ensure equality of opportunity.
